Park Brooke is a 296-home neighborhood with streetlights and sidewalks on both sides of the street. It is an active, upscale swim/tennis neighborhood with a clubhouse and year-round HOA planned activities. Homes in Park Brooke were built in the late 1990's and have lots sizes typically between 1/3 and 1/2 acre. Garages are typically located on the side rather than in front of the homes which gives the neighborhood a clean, grand feel as you drive through. There are two playgrounds in the community. One is located beside the pool in the front of the neighborhood.
